This past season has been difficult for many operators and next year may prove just as challenging. We want to let the membership know that in our organization we have had some of our crew retire or move on to other ventures and so we will be recruiting for a senior captain and engineer for our fleet of 4 vessels. If anyone is considering a change in their operation, downsizing, lay offs or perhaps closing please don’t let any of your valuable marine talent leave our industry. It is so hard to find experienced crew and management so we encourage you to consider joining our team or share this opportunity with your colleagues if appropriate.
