The PVA convention has some great content. There is a number of session related to sales, marketing, and profit margins as well as a couple on recruiting. There is a lot of technical discussion on emission and electric engines as well. The conference wraps up with a presentation on active shooters – something we, unfortunately, need to have in mind.
